Paste the role. Meet the shortlist.

TalentFolia reads your job description, turns it into search criteria you can edit, and ranks the ten strongest matches across our talent bank and licensed US candidate data.

Built for how sourcing actually works

A job description is the whole input
Paste the role. TalentFolia pulls out titles, experience range, locations, must-haves, company types and work authorization, then hands them back as an editable card before anything is searched.
Two pools, one ranked list
Our opted-in talent bank and licensed US candidate data are searched at the same time, then merged, deduplicated by profile URL and ranked together in a single pass.
Contacts stay masked until you choose
Reading and ranking the shortlist costs nothing. Spend a credit only on the candidates you actually want to reach, and only after their email and phone have been verified.
Consent and provenance, on the record
Talent bank members opt in explicitly. Every third-party record carries its source and fetch date, and one removal request clears a person from every layer at once.
Why
TalentFolia
works
differently
You edit the criteria, not the prompt
The extracted criteria come back as a form, not a black box. Change a title, widen the experience range, drop a must-have and run it again.
Every match carries its reasoning
Each candidate on the shortlist has a relevance score and a one-line rationale, so you can see why they are there before you spend anything.
Verified before revealed
Emails and phone numbers are checked at the moment you reveal them. If nothing deliverable comes back, the credit returns to your balance automatically.
A talent bank that compounds
Profiles found through searches are saved with their provenance, and candidates who respond are invited to join our opted-in bank, so the pool improves with use.

Frequently asked questions

How the search, the credits and the candidate data work.
How does a search start?
Paste a job description into the chat box. TalentFolia extracts the role titles, years of experience, locations, must-haves, preferred attributes, company types, work authorization and ranking priorities, and shows them to you as an editable card. Nothing is searched until you confirm them.
Where do the candidates come from?
Two places, searched at the same time: our own talent bank of candidates who have opted in, and licensed US candidate data from Coresignal. Results are merged, deduplicated and ranked together. We do not scrape LinkedIn or any other website.
When does a search cost me a credit?
Only when you reveal a candidate’s contact details. Running a search and reading the ranked shortlist costs nothing. If we cannot find a deliverable email or a valid phone number for someone you reveal, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Is this a background check?
No. TalentFolia ranks candidates by how closely their public professional profile matches the criteria you confirmed, so you can prioritise who to contact first. It is not a consumer report and must not be used to make eligibility decisions about anyone.
How do I get my profile removed?
Ask us. We add you to a suppression list that is checked on every search and every data sync, purge any cached contact details, and confirm once it is done.
